Planned services and prices
Monthly Hope is $14.99/month for one curated printed letter. Personal replies are $29.99, or $24.99 for verified active subscribers. Gift One Letter is $16.99; Gift Three Months is $39.99 prepaid with no renewal. A sender-authored Custom Occasion Letter is $19.99 one-time. All amounts are USD; shipping, taxes, and final totals are not yet configured.
Renewal and cancellation
The planned subscription renews monthly at $14.99. The first charge date, renewal schedule, and any additional costs must be shown before you subscribe. Customers will be able to stop future renewals. The cancellation method, cutoff, and treatment of an already-paid mailing must be finalized before launch.
Fulfillment and refunds
Delivery locations will be confirmed before ordering opens. Print specifications, mailing dates, processing times, and delivery estimates are being finalized. Refund, replacement, and lost-mail policies have not been finalized. They must be published before purchases open.
Human-created encouragement
Letters and journal content offer faith-inspired reflection. They do not speak for God, deceased people, or the afterlife. No religious endorsement or supernatural communication is claimed.
Before purchase terms become active
The business must finalize operator identity, contact channels, jurisdiction, purchase terms, privacy, cancellation, refund and replacement policies, and content rights before launching commercial transactions. No policies or guarantees have been invented for this preview.
