Do I need an account to order?
No account is required for a personal reply or a gift. Monthly subscriptions ask you to sign in or create an account only at the final checkout step, so you can securely manage renewals and cancellation. Buying a gift never subscribes its recipient.
How does the free first month work?
A confirmed gift or personal-reply order includes a unique welcome code and printable QR card. The recipient can redeem it once for their first Monthly Hope letter, then the subscription renews at $14.99/month, plus any shipping and tax shown before purchase. Cancel before renewal to avoid its charge. The code does not subscribe anyone automatically. Codes are currently test-only, with no real mailing.
What arrives in the mail?
Monthly Hope is one physical faith-inspired encouragement letter each month, designed for ivory stationery with deep blue lettering and printed gold details and an elegant envelope. Product illustrations are design mockups; final paper, finish, and print specifications are still being confirmed.
Who writes the letters?
The Heaven’s Reply writing team prepares curated monthly encouragement around a theme, with light personalization such as a name or preferences. A monthly subscription does not include an individually composed letter about your personal story. Personal replies are a separate service, thoughtfully created by authorized writers.
Are the letters handwritten?
The offering is professionally printed stationery, not individually handwritten letters. A handwritten-style design does not mean a human has handwritten each mailing.
How often do monthly letters arrive?
Monthly Hope is designed for one letter per month at $14.99/month. Print specifications, mailing dates, processing times, and delivery estimates are being finalized.
When do subscriptions renew, and can I cancel?
The planned subscription renews monthly at $14.99. The first charge date, renewal schedule, and any additional costs must be shown before you subscribe. Customers will be able to stop future renewals. The cancellation method, cutoff, and treatment of an already-paid mailing must be finalized before launch.
Do gifts renew?
No. Gift One Letter is a one-time $16.99 purchase. Gift Three Months is a $39.99 prepaid package with one letter per month for three months, with no automatic renewal. Gift recipients are not enrolled in recurring billing.
What happens to my gift note?
Your optional short note is a separate insert alongside the curated encouragement letter. It does not replace that letter. For a letter made entirely from your own message, choose the one-time $19.99 Custom Occasion Letter under Make It Personal on the Gift Hope page.
How are personal replies created?
You write and review your request, then purchase a personal response for $29.99, or $24.99 with a verified active subscription. Authorized Heaven’s Reply writers prepare a compassionate, individual response inspired by faith and reflection, intended for physical delivery. Test checkout saves your example request privately with your order; no real response is commissioned.
Who reads submitted personal letters?
Your letters and requests are 100% confidential. We do not publish, sell, or share your personal story. Access is limited to authorized people who need it to prepare and deliver your reply, supported by secure service providers. Writing stays on this page until you choose to continue to checkout. Use fictional details during testing; no real fulfillment is active.
Are these messages from heaven or deceased loved ones?
No. The kingdom is an imaginative setting. Our letters offer human-created encouragement; they do not relay messages from God, deceased individuals, or the afterlife. No religious endorsement or supernatural communication is claimed.
Which delivery locations are supported?
Delivery locations will be confirmed before ordering opens. Shipping and applicable taxes are not configured. A final total is unavailable.

Real purchases are not open. Personal replies and gifts support guest test checkout without an account. Monthly subscribers sign in or create an account at the final checkout step to manage renewals and cancellation. Test orders and test subscriptions are stored, and paid status requires server verification. No real charge or physical mailing occurs.
How can I keep or delete my writing?
New writing is not autosaved. Before you choose to continue to checkout, it stays in this page’s memory until you leave or reload. Download or copy your original letter to keep it; this does not buy a reply. If an older browser-saved draft exists, you can explicitly recover it. Clear draft removes the current writing and that older browser copy. Your downloaded files and clipboard remain under your control.
Can I write without an account or with different beliefs?
Yes. The writing space works without an account. The artwork is Christian-inspired, but your writing can express your own beliefs, questions, gratitude, and experiences.
