A little grace for today

Dear Sarah,

Some seasons ask us to move slowly. If this is one of those seasons for you, may you remember that a quiet step is still a step, and a small beginning is still a beginning.

You do not have to solve every uncertainty today. Leave a little room for grace: a deep breath before you begin, a prayer without perfect words, a kindness offered to yourself as freely as you offer it to others.

Faith can live in ordinary moments. In opening the curtains. In reaching out to someone you trust. In noticing the light that has found its way into the room. Let those small things remind you that hope does not always arrive loudly.

This month, try asking yourself: what is one gentle thing I can do with the day I have been given? There is no need for a grand answer. A moment of rest, an honest conversation, or a little gratitude may be enough.

May you find courage for your next step, company along the way, and permission to begin again. You are worthy of care in every season.
